Investigations by the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research, Road Transport Department, Road Safety Department and Puspakom have cleared the bus company of scheduling flaws, as well as the condition of the main Delima Ekspres bus involved.
It was reported in a daily yesterday that a speeding black Proton Satria could have caused the tragic road crash.
The unsubstantiated claim was the Satria driver overtook the Delima Ekspres bus at high speed, knocking into it while moving into the same lane, causing the bus driver to lose control and crash into the guardrails before moving onto the other side of the highway where the pile-up occurred.

Social problem among higher institution in Malaysia

In recently news there are a lot of social problem among higher institution in Malaysia. The most serious social problem was baby dumping. Local universities need to conduct comprehensive studies on rampant baby dumping in the country with a view to check the problem, said the prime minister's wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
"If we know why this problem happens, then we'll be in a better position to take appropriate measures to overcome the problem," she said of the increasing number of baby dumping cases.
The reporter was speaking to reporters after talking over the phone with 1Malaysia Putra Club chairman Datuk Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim on the developments of the humanitarian aid mission to Gaza.
Rosmah said parents should also spend more time with their children and be aware of their developments and movements and not leave the responsibility to the school authorities alone.
"Children need to be taught from small. That is why I set up Permata Negara to inculcate noble values among children from small. If they have problems, they can voice their feelings to their teachers or counsellors."
She said with a happy home and school environment, there was no reason for children to seek joy outside including taking drugs and looking for boyfriends.
"Learning should be made fun for them, must make them happy. Don't make them so miserable or give them so much stress."
Rosmah also advised girls not to be taken in by males' persuasion, and the latter not to take advantage of girls.
Yesterday, the Cabinet asked the police to probe baby dumping as attempted murder or murder, and agreed that sterner action should be taken to stop baby dumping.

Tips for interview

Why we need interview ?
The interview is a mutual exchange of information between an employer and you, as a candidate for a position. The primary objectives are to:
  • Supplement resume information
  • Show that you understand your strengths and weaknesses and have a sense of direction
  • Enable the employer to evaluate your personality and attitudes in terms of the demands of the organization and the position
  • Allow you to gain information about the organization and the job that is not available through other sources
  • Give you and the employer an opportunity to discuss the desirability of further contact or an offer of employment
What you need to prepare before go to interview?

-Know yourself
To impress an employer, you must be well prepared and understand the value of what you have to offer. To demonstrate effectively your suitability for the position and your value to the organization, you must know yourself. Review your self-assessment information and your resume. Be prepared to give examples to substantiate all claims in your resume.

-Know the company or organization
You must be familiar with the position and the organization so that you can demonstrate your interest in and fit for the job. Refer to the notes you made as you reviewed print and online materials and spoke with people about the position.

The question that occur in the interview section

Situational/hypothetical questions

An interviewer will use situational/hypothetical questions to establish how you would react to and handle real-life situations on the job. For situational/hypothetical questions, candidates must have a good understanding of the job and its requirements. Here are some examples of this type of question:

  •  If you had met your project deadlines and your direct supervisor was unavailable, describe how you would remain busy
  •  You are the manager of a small software testing team, and one individual is continually late for work and taking extended breaks. How would you approach the issue?
  •  During construction, a contractor unexpectedly finds a very large object in one of the trenches where he is about to dig. He requests that you tell him how to proceed. How would you deal with this situation?
  •  You plan a workshop to teach newcomers to Canada how to use word-processing software. Unfortunately, only four people have registered and you are required to have a class of ten. You really feel that the training is important but are worried about the financial consequences. It is five days before the class is scheduled to begin. What do you do?
  •  You have a conflict with someone who is senior to you and is not your supervisor. Describe how you would handle it

Skill-testing questions:

  • - What is the difference between server-side and client-side scripting?
  • - Provide a brief description of a diode
  • - Explain the theory of elasticity
  • - What is a comma splice?

If you know the answer, great! If not, don't fake it. Instead, indicate your interest and desire to learn. If possible, indicate something else that may compensate for this lack of knowledge (e.g., "I'm not familiar with that programming language but I do have experience with...")

Problem-solving questions

When answering problem-solving questions, you want to demonstrate your abilities to process information quickly, think logically, and problem solve creatively. Employers place emphasis on the thought process rather than on the conclusion. Examples of problem-solving questions include the following:

  • Why is a manhole cover round?
  • How many automobiles are there in Toronto?
  • Estimate the size of the DVD rental market in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • How would you project the future rate of PC game purchases in Canada?
  • Describe how you would extract caffeine from coffee beans

To answer this type of question, we need to:

1. Listen carefully to what is being asked
2. Ask clarifying questions to determine exactly what the interviewer is looking for
3. Respond by first explaining how you’d gather the data necessary to make an informed decision
4. Discuss how you’d use that data to generate options
5. Based on the data you’ve gathered, the available options, and your understanding of the position, explain how you’d make an appropriate decision or recommendation

    Struggle Life

People struggle everyday with works, assignments, love, life, family and so much that the list goes on and on.

I'm always wondering, when can man starts to struggle less and eventually appreciate every moment of life that passes through them everyday, even for a single minute?

Not gonna happen any soon, from what you can see around you. You can see people struggling hard to achieve a better life for tomorrow, but when will the 'tomorrow' comes?

Man will never be satisfied with what they have. Or they will have. To man, there is no end. The end is just the beginning of another battle ahead which might lasts for months, years or who knows how long it will be.

When can people starts to look around them and notice for a single minute, the essence of life that are being sucked out from them?

Not gonna happen any soon from what you can see. People might say, man should never be contented with what they have. Yes they are right. We should never be contented with what we have.

But think again, if we are never contented with what we have, or at least cherish what we have, when are we gonna start living the life as how we want it to be?

Sleep, wake up, work, back from work and sleep again? Is this life?

    I don't think so.
